Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of HR Business Partnerships to support the Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing function. This strategic HR role will partner with business leaders on organizational design, talent planning, change management, and leadership development to advance company priorities in oncology drug development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR advisor to PDM leadership on organizational priorities and people strategies
- Develop and execute workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
- Coach leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead change management efforts including stakeholder engagement and adoption support
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, rewards, and employee engagement programs
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR business partnership experience
- Demonstrated success in organizational design and workforce planning
- Strong coaching and advisory skills with senior leaders
- Change management experience in complex environments
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development or manufacturing operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
