Enjoy comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.Job DescriptionOverviewContribute to the development of a scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise data platform.Design and optimize data models, pipelines, and workflows for advanced analytics and business insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Implement data governance initiatives, including metadata management and data quality assurance.Support artificial intelligence and machine learning use cases through modern data infrastructure.Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance the data platform and AI capabilities.Work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Key Responsibilities & DutiesDesign, build, and optimize scalable data models, pipelines, and workflows.Develop modern data architecture standards to improve scalability and reliability.Build robust data ingestion frameworks integrating internal and external datasets.Lead data governance initiatives, including access controls and monitoring.Optimize Snowflake performance through warehouse design and query tuning.Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and AI capabilities.Job RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.Expertise in enterprise-scale data platforms using Snowflake.Proficiency in SQL for data modeling and performance tuning.Strong Python programming skills for automation and pipeline development.Experience with cloud-native data architectures and orchestration workflows.Knowledge of AI tools and technologies is a plus.Familiarity with enterprise data governance and metadata management practices.
