ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of 12. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent 20 years working as a medical doctor. I made the transition to have more time with my family while still being able to help people in a meaningful way - now by protecting their families and lifestyles through insurance.

Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active through long-distance bike rides, hiking, spinning classes, and practicing jiu-jitsu. I’m also passionate about giving back and regularly participate in 150-mile bike rides to help raise money for multiple sclerosis.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Franah Marino - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
