Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure client needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a focus on building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage client accounts, addressing needs, concerns, and project updates promptly.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend strategic solutions.
- Monitor project performance and provide status reports to clients and management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
