PARAEDUCATOR 2 | Probationary | 7 Hrs | Barnes Elementary Beaverton School District 48J BARNES ELEMENTARY - BEAVERTON, Oregon Starting Date: Aug 21, 2026 Job Description The Paraeducator 2 assists the Teacher in the delivery of an instructional program, through preparation of the classroom and materials to assist individual and small groups of students. The Paraeducator 2 supports the planning and delivery of behavioral management and living skill development in a variety of school and life situations. The Paraeducator 2 supports and maintains individual student and classroom management while implementing teacher‑designed methods and materials with or without direct teacher supervision. This allows the student the opportunity to function autonomously in a school, work, and/or community living environment. The incumbent will provide supervision of student activities to ensure a safe and orderly environment. Spanish Bilingual Preferred.
