Sales Director

This is not a traditional Director of Sales role. We’re launching a premium performance brand into the US market and looking for a hands-on sales leader to build our dealer network from zero to 500+ accounts . What you’ll do Build the US dealer network from the ground up Personally prospect, pitch and close independent retailers & regional chains Own the full sales cycle Build long-term dealer relationships Recruit and lead a 3–5 person sales team Develop the sales process, territories and growth strategy Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows Travel extensively across the US What we’re looking for 7+ years B2B sales experience Proven hunter / new business track record Experience selling to SMBs, independent retailers or specialty dealers Demonstrated zero-to-one territory or market-building experience Entrepreneurial, hands-on and commercially driven Comfortable being both a sales leader and individual contributor Cycling, outdoor, sporting goods or performance products Technical product sales The opportunity You’ll be joining at the ground floor with significant ownership over the US market.
