Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work primarily 1st and 2nd shifts with occasional 3rd shifts required

• Provide clinical pharmacy services within an inpatient hospital environment
• Review medication orders for appropriateness and monitor patient medication therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in patient care rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• PGY-1 residency preferred, but candidates with approximately two years of current inpatient experience will also be considered
• Some hospital experience required, including internships or previous clinical pharmacy roles
• Ability to work effectively across various shifts and adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centered approach
