Job Details

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and retrofits —ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the greater Sacramento, SF Bay Area, and Reno/Tahoe areas. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls and/or Mechanical service space
• 6+ years of experience in the BAS/HVAC Controls or mechanical service space

NICE TO HAVE

• Tridium Niagara N4 certification
• Johnson Controls Metasys and/or FX
• Honeywell
