Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for its growing oncology organization. This role will partner with hiring leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and serve as a trusted advisor on talent market insights for critical Development positions.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives in collaboration with hiring leaders
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels and networking
- Serve as trusted advisor providing talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and hiring recommendations
- Guide hiring teams through interview process and maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 12+ years in-house/corporate recruiting experience
- 5+ years recruiting in biotechnology or pharmaceutical R&D/Development
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and provide strategic recruitment consultation
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition best practices
- Proven success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates across functional areas
