LHH is partnering with a client in Winston-Salem searching for an HR Manager to join their team! Client is looking for a true HR Business Partner. This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $95-100k with full benefits. Some travel will be required. HR experience supporting multiple sites/locations required to be eligible for this role. HR leadership experience within retail a plus. Bachelor's degree required!

Responsibilities:
  • Act as strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating with HR Directors and CPO
  • Act as point of contact for corporate and retail employees and provide support regarding employee relations issues and concerns
  • Provide training and development, discuss career paths, succession planning
  • Develop new performance management system and upscale current HRIS to improve efficiencies
  • Manage internal compliance and ensure organization meets regulations
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage staff
  • Travel to various sites to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Must have multi-site HR leadership experience to be eligible for this role
  • HR leadership experience within retail environment a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience managing HR compliance processes
  • Strategic, collaborative and positive mindset
