Production Associates & Reach Truck (OUTSIDE)- 1st Shift - IDA

A3 Staffing Solutions

Job Description

Equipment Operation: Safely operate electric stand-up reach trucks to pick, put away, and rotate inventory, often at high rack levels.
Material Handling: Load and unload trailers and containers, ensuring freight is accurately counted and undamaged.
Inventory Control: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scan guns for accurate tracking.
Safety Adherence: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment, report damage to racks, and adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area (sweeping, removing broken pallets/plastic).
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy targets (often 80% or higher).
