Industrial Maintenance Electrician – 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Install, repair, and maintain motors, drives, sensors, relays, switches, and control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs
• Maintain maintenance records and complete required documentation
• Work closely with production and management teams to maximize equipment reliability
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Industrial Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, or similar role
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with:
  • 3-Phase Electrical Systems
  • Motors and Motor Controls
  • VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
  • PLCs and Automated Equipment
  • Sensors, Relays, and Electrical Components
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Journeyman Electrician, Technical School, or Industrial Maintenance training is a plus
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen
