We combine tradition with innovation to produce quality food and create an environment where people are empowered to grow, contribute, and succeed.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesAs the steward of our enterprise analytics environment, you will:Lead ownership and governance of enterprise datasets, semantic models, and reporting environmentsDevelop standards for data structures, naming conventions, documentation, and lifecycle managementEnsure enterprise reporting data is accurate, consistent, secure, and reliableSupport the development and optimization of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting solutionsExpand self-service analytics capabilities across the organizationPartner closely with business stakeholders, particularly within Supply Chain and Sales, to understand reporting needs and data opportunitiesMonitor analytics platform performance, refresh schedules, usage, and overall system healthDrive data governance, stewardship, and data quality initiatives across multiple systems and platformsIdentify opportunities to consolidate and integrate data into scalable enterprise solutionsQualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data management, or IT systems supportStrong experience with Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, or similar BI platformsAdvanced SQL and relational database expertiseExperience managing enterprise datasets, semantic models, and reporting environmentsKnowledge of data governance, security, and access management principlesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred:SAP Datasphere, BDC, or cloud data platform experienceETL/ELT and data integration expertiseSAP ERP experienceManufacturing, supply chain, or food production industry experienceWhy Join USThis newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise data strategy, establish analytics best practices, and help build the next generation of reporting capabilities across the organization.
