Litigation Legal Assistant

Our client is looking to add an experienced Litigation Assistant to their well-established team. Position is open due to retirement! This highly regarded, and successful firm has high standards for their work product, commitment to their clients and appreciation for their employees. Salary range $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience, with bonus potential, paid parking and a fantastic benefits package! Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence Preparing and managing detailed contracts Maintaining client files, filing court documents and document management Preparing attorney billing documents Scheduling appointments and meetings Extensive client and vendorcontact Assist with trial preparation Candidates must possess solid legal experience, knowledge working with legal contracts, advanced Microsoft Suite, outstanding communication skills, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy.
