Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Industrial Automation/Robotics)
Remote | Full-Time
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, venture-backed technology company that develops advanced software solutions for industrial and manufacturing organizations. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
This is a highly visible opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building programs from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Build integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, webinars, events, partner marketing, and ABM.
- Create compelling messaging for technical buyers and manufacturing decision makers.
- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and go-to-market execution.
- Plan and execute industry trade shows, customer events, and marketing programs.
- Develop technical content including customer stories, product messaging, webinars, white papers, and campaign assets.
- Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM workflows.
- Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI while continuously optimizing programs.
- Help establish scalable marketing processes, reporting, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B growth or demand generation marketing experience supporting industrial automation, manufacturing technology, robotics, industrial software, factory automation, or related technical products.
- Proven success driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth for complex B2B solutions.
- Experience marketing to manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators, or industrial enterprises.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing buying cycles and technical customer personas.
- Experience executing multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing industrial software, robotics, automation, machine vision, IIoT, smart manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with long, consultative sales cycles.
- Experience with major industrial trade shows and industry marketing programs.
- Existing relationships within the industrial automation or manufacturing technology ecosystem.
- Startup or venture-backed company experience.
