Each of these experiences helps students to see beyond the classroom and to see the world – and themselves – in new ways.### Job DescriptionWe are seeking a copywriter with the ability to craft compelling marketing and sales copy for a variety of audiences across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is not only a strong writer and proofreader, but also a collaborative team player who is deadline-driven, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while adapting copy across different product lines. The copywriter will oversee copy development for assigned areas of the organization while serving as an active steward of the brand.This position will be part of the in-house creative team supporting a diverse range of WorldStrides products.### Responsibilities* Create copy to support key company initiatives across multiple channels, including email, digital and print advertising, collateral, social media, video, and both B2B and B2C communications* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure creative work aligns with business goals and messaging objectivesCollaborate with designers to develop concepts and deliverables that strengthen and support the brand* Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free execution* Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s markets, products, and services* Uphold and adapt brand voice across businesses, audiences, and channels, shifting appropriately between long-form informational copy and shorter, more promotional marketing copy, as well as varying tones and formats across digital and print media### Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university, along with 3–5 years of professional experience* Demonstrated success developing persuasive marketing and sales copy across print, email, digital advertising, web, and related channels* Experience translating brand standards, including voice, tone, and grammar guidelines, into effective market-ready messaging* Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time and on strategy* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently present and advocate for creative work to stakeholders* Collaborative, curiosity-first mindset, especially when responding to feedback from internal stakeholders* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously* Strong knowledge of AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style, with exceptional attention to detail* Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skillsWork Perks* Fun & driven environment.* Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, life, accidental death and dismemberment, accident, critical illness, and disability insurance, FSA healthcare, FSA dependent care, HSA with employer contribution, and generous 401k match.* 11 paid floating corporate holidays, 1 paid volunteer day & up to 25 PTO days to start – accrue up to 28 over 3 years, 4 mental health days, and 5 bereavement days.* Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually* $1,000 towards professional certifications annually* Opportunities for paid and discounted travel.* Flexible work schedule providing on-site, remote, and virtual office opportunities.* Encouraged participation in our Employee Resource Groups and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion council.* Fitness Center and café onsite at select locations.* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Paid Parental, Caregiver, and Disability leave.* Team Member Discount ProgramThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
