As a Personal Lines Account Manager , you will play a critical role in servicing and managing personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the agency's continued success.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus 50% commission on new business.
- Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Manage and service standard personal lines accounts, including quoting, servicing, and rounding.
- Handle both new and renewal business with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to support the agency's growth and success.
- Maintain a professional and client-focused approach in all interactions.
- Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong background in quoting, servicing, and rounding accounts.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
- Preferred Background : Candidates with experience in Erie or similar captive environments are highly desirable.
