Description
Rate of pay: $17.75
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations

- Policy Administration
- Workers Compensation
Required Knowledge Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Working knowledge in a SCA environment
- Knowledge and experience with Worker’s Compensation processes and regulations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field; or a combination of education and experience.
- Valid unexpired driver’s license
- Previous supervisory experience, preferred
- HR Certification (SHRM), preferred

- Continuous sitting up to 2 hours per shift
- Ability to work continuously on a telephone/computer/scanner/fax/copier or other office equipment for up to 2 hours or more per shift with scheduled breaks
- Frequent periods of walking and/or standing
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Frequent grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting
