They continuously take market share despite the challenges of today’s M&A market. The firm is continiously busy in 2026. Currently, they are looking for several Investment Banking Associates with experience with Deal execution in Financial Institutions/FinTech . Any sub sector experience is highly preferred including but not limited to; Asset Management, Insurance, Specialty Finance, Payments, FinTech, InsurTech, Banks and Depositories. FinTech is also an area of interest, a TMT background is ideal with exposure to deals in that sub sector.What are people saying about this company?

- Conduct industry research and be a true market specialist in the FinTech/FIG vertical
- Interact and build client relationships with Bankers, Private Equity clients and Venture Capital clients
- Gather, research and proactively analyze the market to support Business Development activities
- Conduct due diligence for the transactions
- Lead, support and organize meeting with clientsRequirements:• Any sector of TMT/ Financial Institutions Investment Banking experience, overall 3 years of Investment Banking
- Bachelor’s Degree (from a Finance discipline is preferred along with a MBA)
- Hungry, drive and ambition to be a high performing Investment Banker
- Series 63 and 79 certified
