Investment Banking Associate - Financial Technology

We\'re partnering with a top-tier independent investment bank to add an Associate to their growing FinTech team in New York. This is a high-visibility seat working directly under two senior leaders with deep sector expertise, offering exceptional deal exposure, mentorship, and a clear runway for growth. The Opportunity Join a well-established FinTech franchise with a strong pipeline of M&A and strategic advisory mandates. Work closely with senior bankers on the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through execution and close. Gain meaningful client exposure and early responsibility on live deals rather than getting lost in a large, siloed team. What We\'re Looking For 1st or 2nd year Associate , ideally an Analyst-to-Associate promote or a recent MBA Associate. Strong M&A deal experience, ideally across FinTech, Technology, Professional Services, or FIG . Solid technical foundation: financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
