Your Role

* Reach out to interested candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess interest

* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment experts for in-depth screenings

* Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in their hiring journey

* Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

Compensation Structure
