Quality Branded restaurant group is seeking a CHEF DE CUISINE for our locations in NYC as we expand. Quality Branded is a fast-growing company with potential for growth in our multiple locations across New York City and other markets.
Our teams must embrace a guest-first approach to service, thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and take great pride in the space they work in.
All of our chefs are actively engaged and present in the kitchen for all of service. They are responsible for working closely with the hourly kitchen team to manage the production teams, maintain our service standards that focus on speed, efficiency and consistent food quality.
We are seeking someone with strong culinary skills and the ability to lead the restaurants BOH team in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have:
- 3+ years kitchen management experience
- At least 1 year experience in a Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine role required
- Previous experience in a steak house and Broiler Cook experience is preferred
- High volume experience in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Stable work history showing progressive growth
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, and follow through
Quality Branded is a Midtown-based restaurant group in New York City, founded by Michael Stillman in 2006. The group is comprised of Manhattan staples and fixtures in the city's dining landscape: Smith & Wollensky NYC, Quality Meats, Quality Italian, Quality Bistro, Don Angie, Zou Zou's & Chez Zou, Bad Roman, San Sabino, Twin Tails and Limusina. Quality Branded is known for its buzzy, energetic spaces, warm hospitality, signature dishes, and tableside flair.
