STRIDE Fitness is opening soon in Southampton, PA, and we are looking for passionate, high-energy Coaches to help deliver an incredible member experience from day one. STRIDE Fitness is a powerful fusion of treadmill cardio and full-body strength training. Led by elite coaches, fueled by high-energy music, and set in a vibrant atmosphere. Every class is designed to push all fitness levels, deliver the burn you'll brag about, and finish with intentional recovery so your body stays ready for the next challenge.
In this role, you will lead with presence, coach with purpose, and create an environment that keeps members coming back. If you love motivating others, thrive in a team setting, and bring consistent energy to every class, this is where you belong.
Roles and Responsibilities
Cue and coach pre-designed, programmed workouts with energy and precision
Deliver high-quality instruction across both cardio and strength training formats
Provide form cues, progressions, and encouragement for all fitness levels
Create a welcoming, motivating, and high-energy class environment
Represent the brand with professionalism and purpose
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing coaching development sessions
Qualifications
Must be a certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of exercise technique, programming, and injury prevention
Ability to lead and motivate groups in a high-energy environment
Passion for fitness, community, and delivering an exceptional member experience
