NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS IN BUFFALO, NY!

****This role will be on-site 5 days a week and will require a rotating Saturday shift****

Day to Day:

• Identify and resolve customer problems in an efficient manner
• Gather and analyze information skillfully and develop alternative solutions
• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
• Respond promptly to customer needs
• Respond to requests and meet commitments
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Educate clients on the benefits of Northwest products/services
• Approach others in a tactful manner and reacting well under pressure
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality
• Demonstrate excellent listening and interpretative skills
• Demonstrate the ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast paced environment
• Aim to resolve customer inquiries utilizing a First Call Resolution approach
• Appropriate use of established call policies and procedures and scripts

Expectations/Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation to work on site
• Must be available to work a rotating Saturday shift
• Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
• Individuals must achieve monthly call quality performance
• Educate clients on products and services
• Responsible for utilizing multiple customer databases
• Provide technical assistance as required
• Work as part of a team
• Work with onsite equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
