Purpose: The Director of Operations Performance provides direction and assigns appropriate resources to work with both corporate, field, and regional management to accurately evaluate business/financial risks and returns of potentially new business opportunities, to identify and develop sales and cost savings, and to determine where there can be efficiency gains in Operations.
Essential Functions
- Sets strategic direction for evaluating the cost and benefit of existing controls; provides support to operational teams by developing new procedures and assuring compliance with all corporate policies
- Ensures that Duty Free, Duty Paid, and F&B Operations are in compliance with the operational and financial policies, as well as for the ongoing improvement of facilities, operations
