Agile Coach/Project ManagerWe are looking for an Agile Coach/Project Manager to support Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across the client’s enterprise. This position will be Onsite in New York City, NY.What You'll DoCoach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiativesEnable and support Agile and/or enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environmentsPromote Agile principles to advance large-scale Agile transformation effortsFoster cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement across teamsPartner with teams to enhance delivery practices and align outcomes with business objectivesCoach teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanFacilitate training sessions and workshops to support Agile practices and principlesImplement best practices and tools to support Agile processesLeverage metrics to inform decision-making and improve performanceOwn the health and governance of the Jira platform, ensure portfolio reporting, and support Agile delivery across the enterpriseWhat You'll NeedRequired:At least 8 years of Agile coaching experienceProven experience coaching for Agile product transformations in large, complex environmentsDemonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiativesStrong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scaleCertified Agile Coach (ICP-Client, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentialsPreferred:Additional experience in enterprise tools such as Jira for Agile transformationsStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorMust be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in personSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
