Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Attorney position based in the Greater Phoenix area. The Attorney will handle various legal matters, including providing legal advice, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in litigation. Responsibilities include managing cases related to litigation, real‑estate, community associations, and corporate law. The Attorney will also be required to communicate effectively with clients and offer strategic legal solutions tailored to their needs.
