What You’ll Do As a Member Services Representative at Crunch, you’ll be the face of the club, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every member and guest. You’ll assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting service level expectations. You’ll manage front desk operations, support club cleanliness, and promote programs like group fitness and tanning. You’ll maintain accurate procedures, support new member enrollments, and help keep the club “grand-opening ready” every day. What Success Looks Like Every member and guest is greeted quickly with a genuine smile, smooth check-in, and helpful support, leading to high satisfaction and positive feedback about the front desk. Membership, retail, tanning, and program promotions meet or exceed targets, with strong guest-to-member conversion and related metrics. Front desk runs efficiently: phones answered promptly, member issues resolved or escalated quickly, and procedures followed with minimal errors. Front desk and lobby stay clean, organized, and ready for operation; proactive cleaning and resets as needed. Leaders and teammates view you as reliable, detail-oriented, upbeat, and communicative, modeling Crunch service standards on every shift. About You You are optimistic, with a naturally persuasive style and clear, instructional communication. You enjoy collaboration, value tidiness, and thrive with structure and rules. You welcome variety in tasks and perform best when processes are well-defined. Responsibilities Greet members & guests with enthusiasm and engage with members as part of the Crunch SLA process Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare Support new member enrollment, guest conversion, and relevant metrics (Peaks %, ACH %, CrunchOne Kickoff) Check in all members and guests according to procedures; handle alerts as needed Answer phones courteously and professionally Communicate special events to members and guests Facilitate member requests or escalate to a manager Maintain a professional and courteous disposition Be knowledgeable about all club facilities, services, programs, and hours Maintain a clean and organized work area Navigate all front-desk stations, including check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and sales May assist with cleaning to maintain a grand-opening ready facility Perform opening and closing checklists and duties Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred Effective communication and proficiency in reading and writing Strong customer service orientation CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing and walking required Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Travel No travel required Benefits PTO Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full-time positions Basic Life and AD&D HSA Short-term disability Free gym membership EEO Statement UDT is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations.
