About Our Agency
I've been a State Farm agent since 2011 and spent three years as a team member before opening my own agency, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and team development. Today, we're a team of six focused on growth, support, and delivering a great experience for our customers. I earned my marketing degree from McNeese State and have been married for 13 years. My wife and I have three boys who keep life busy and fun. I stay actively involved in my church and participate in many neighborhood and community events. For our team, we offer health insurance, PTO, life insurance, a retirement plan, bonuses, and travel opportunities. Our office culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. We like to have fun, avoid micromanaging, and truly root for each other's success. We're looking for someone who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and is coachable - someone who is positive, motivated, and ready to grow as part of a team that supports one another.
Role Description
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Dolan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
