Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform IV/blood draws and cardiac monitoring
• Administer moderate sedation as required
• Utilize equipment such as Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, and Ventilators
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Must demonstrate compassion and empathy
• Preferred experience with TNCC or ENPC
