Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Pembroke Pines, FL. This position involves responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information about insurance policies, coverage options, and billing. The role includes processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, as well as assisting with new quotes and applications. The Customer Service Representative will maintain accurate client records, follow up on outstanding documentation, and coordinate with agents and carriers to resolve issues promptly. Daily responsibilities also involve ensuring a positive client experience by addressing concerns, explaining policy details clearly, and supporting clients through claims-related questions. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries. Experience enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience by building trust, managing expectations, and resolving issues effectively. Ability to work effectively as a Customer Service Representative in an insurance or financial services environment, or similar client-facing setting. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in accessible language. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling policy documents, client records, and confidential information. Basic proficiency with office software, customer management systems, and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests and tasks throughout the day.
