Job Description Introduction We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Call Center Representative to support communication and customer service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and developing strong communication skills in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Assist with service requests and resolve routine customer concerns. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Support service quality standards and team performance goals. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Customer-focused with a professional attitude. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and customer management systems. Reliable, adaptable, and detail‑oriented. Entry‑level candidates welcome; training provided.
