Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills This position is on-site and located in St. Joseph, Michigan #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
