What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urology consultations and follow-ups
• Perform procedures including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Support surgical cases (3–4 per week) and manage patient flow effectively
• Document patient encounters in Cerner EMR system
• Collaborate with hospital staff and support clinical operations
• Respond to beeper calls during scheduled night shifts as needed

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona medical license or IMLC license (application ongoing for August dates)
• DEA license
• Minimum 1 year of post-residency experience in urology
• Key skills: clinical judgment, procedural proficiency, teamwork, adaptability

About the Assignment
This assignment supports a 99-bed hospital in Cottonwood, AZ, providing comprehensive urology care within a hospital setting that offers access to robotic procedures (not required). The clinic handles approximately 15–18 patients daily, with routine procedures performed weekly, supporting both outpatient and inpatient needs. Disposable flexible cystoscopes are available for use.
