Role Description

INK OPENED A NEW OFFICE IN TAMPA IN MAY

We launched our Tampa office in April and set about hiring the very best sales talent Tampa has to offer. 6 months later we have delivered the most extraordinary results, 8 new starters have changed their lives, scaled the business amazingly and they will be traveling to London and Switzerland as a team in January to celebrate their success.

As a result of this rapid development, we are entering the next stage of growth here and are once again looking for driven, ambitious, confident salespeople ready to help take this office and business to the next level. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, results-oriented sales environment that heavily rewards success and provides access to world-class training, coaching, and unforgettable experiences.

Requirements

1. No sales experience required. We will train you, coach you, and support you relentlessly until you succeed.
2. If you have experience, that’s also fine, and we will help you become even better. We need big ticket sellers.
3. Drive is essential. That inner fire to grow, learn, and win matters more than anything else. We want people who want to close big deals.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring energy to the room, and confidently hold conversations up to C-suite level.
5. Curiosity is critical. You’ll learn a huge amount and you must want to learn more, apply it, and turn it into opportunity. Prospecting and lead generation are core parts of the role.
6. This is not a keyboard-only job. Emails matter, but so do phone calls, meetings, events, conferences, and getting in front of the right people in the right places.
