Crafthouse Agency creates memorable experiences for some of the world's most recognized beverage brands through tastings, events, promotions, and experiential marketing programs across New England.

We're growing quickly and looking for an Experiential Marketing & Operations Manager to help lead our team, support our clients, and keep events running smoothly.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll work directly with clients, manage event operations, recruit and develop talent, and occasionally be in the field supporting activations and events.

What You'll DoOperations & Event Management

• Lead and manage the Brand Specialist team and event schedule
• Ensure events are staffed, organized, and ready for execution
• Manage staffing changes and last-minute coverage needs
• Communicate event details and expectations to the team
• Coordinate activation materials, event supplies, and logistics
• Identify and solve problems before they impact execution

Team Recruitment & Development

• Recruit, interview, and onboard Brand Specialists
• Help train and develop team members
• Set expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture

Client Support

• Build relationships with assigned clients and brand partners
• Coordinate activations, promotional programs, and event logistics
• Communicate professionally and responsively
• Ensure clients feel confident that their brands and events are in great hands

Field Leadership

• Attend key activations and larger events
• Support new program launches
• Check in on Brand Specialists in the field
• Provide hands-on coaching and support when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing people or teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in events, hospitality, promotions, staffing, marketing, or beverage alcohol is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Availability

This role is built around the needs of our events business and is not a traditional 9-to-5 position.

Most support for our Brand Specialists, clients, and activations occurs during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands-on, available during active event hours, and excited to be part of a growing company. xhyhwjd
