Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) – Family Medicine We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to join our growing Family Medicine practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to a diverse population in a professional, friendly, and collaborative clinical environment. The Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, prescribe medications within the appropriate scope of practice, and develop individualized treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include preventive care, health screenings, patient education, follow-up visits, chronic disease management, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and appropriate national certification. Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification is preferred. Previous experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Our clinic serves a multicultural community with a significant number of Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking patients . Therefore, professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English, is strongly preferred .
