Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market analysis. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation. Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements. Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features, ensuring a user-centric approach to development. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches. Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable product improvements. Present product updates and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure product alignment with overall business objectives and strategies. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech or digital product environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a related role. Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with user research methodologies and a strong focus on user experience design. Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to have Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices. Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel. Previous experience working in a startup environment. Fluency in German is advantageous but not mandatory. Skills & tools Strong proficiency in product management software and tools. Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results. Ability to create detailed product specifications and user stories. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
