Director, Omnichannel HCP Marketing

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated HCP omnichannel strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Lead HCP paid media strategy, planning, optimization, and investment allocation decisions
- Own HCP CRM strategy, segmentation, journey design, personalization, and lifecycle programs
- Lead vision and roadmap for HCP web properties, portals, and digital experiences
- Build and develop high-performing omnichannel marketing team with modern capabilities and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 12+ years marketing experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing, CRM, digital engagement, and customer journey strategy
- Proven success leading digital transformation and commercial growth initiatives
- Experience managing significant media investments and engagement programs
- Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive organizational change
