Associate Director, Patient & Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Marketing

Exelixis seeks a marketing director to develop and execute patient and advanced practice provider strategies across its TKI oncology franchise. The role requires coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing agencies and budgets, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient, APP, and nurse marketing initiatives across TKI franchise with cross-functional coordination
• Manage timelines and execution of programs; oversee RAMP approval process for marketing materials
• Direct APP and patient agency relationships, budgets, and spending to ensure alignment with plans
• Develop training support for sales teams on patient and APP strategies
• Execute APP/nurse conferences and product theater events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus 11 years pharmaceutical marketing experience, or Master's with 9 years experience
• Demonstrated experience in patient marketing, advocacy relations, or digital marketing
• Oncology marketing background strongly preferred
• Understanding of FDA pharmaceutical promotion regulations and legal/medical review processes
• Strong project management and agency management capabilities
• Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, and written communication skills

Compensation: $177,500 - $251,500 base annually
