Service Specialist

Este puesto es responsable de determinar las necesidades de cada cliente con el fin de ayudarle con la compra de mercancía. Además, se encarga de procesar y organizar órdenes realizadas por los clientes a través de internet o de manera presencial en el establecimiento. Este puesto también es responsable de mantener actualizado el inventario de la floristería y notificar a su supervisor siempre que haya necesidad de hacer nuevas órdenes. En adición, este puesto se encarga de desarrollar contenido promocional para la empresa y de participar en el mismo.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Se pueden hacer ajustes razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidad realicen las funciones esenciales. Orienta a los clientes sobre los productos y servicios que se ofrecen. Trabaja con los clientes para determinar qué tipo de arreglo floral necesita. Atiende las llamadas y mensajes de los clientes. Factura y cobra a los clientes los productos ordenados. Diseña la ruta de entrega basada en las órdenes de los clientes. Registra órdenes en el sistema de control de inventario y ventas. Mantiene limpia el área de trabajo antes, durante y al final de su turno. Maneja el inventario y se asegura de que cuenten físicamente con lo que se presenta en línea como disponible; si hace falta inventario lo notifica inmediatamente al supervisor. Crea contenido promocional para las redes sociales. Participa frente cámara en los vídeos, fotos y audios que se publican en las redes sociales de la empresa u otros fines publicitarios.
