Responsibilities 

• • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, handling reservations, billing, and special requests
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges and balancing financial transactions accurately
  • Respond to guest needs and concerns promptly, resolving issues with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach
  • Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property
  • Prepare shift reports detailing occupancy, financial transactions, incidents, and other relevant activities to ensure seamless communication between shifts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services, front desk operations, and hotel safety protocols
• Ability to work day shift, night shift and overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
