Changing Lives Counseling Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing practice as 1099 independent contractors. We are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered mental health services to adults in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include providing individual therapy to adult clients, completing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Candidates with experience conducting bariatric psychological evaluations and fitness-for-duty evaluations are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice mental health services in the State of Georgia, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.

• Experience providing mental health assessments and psychotherapy to adults.

• Experience with bariatric psychological evaluations and/or fitness-for-duty evaluations is preferred.

• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements, professional ethics, clinical documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional communication and meeting documentation requirements.

• Must maintain appropriate professional liability insurance and all required professional credentials.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with Changing Lives Counseling Services. Therapists will have the opportunity to become part of a growing counseling practice focused on providing professional, ethical, and compassionate behavioral health services.
