Responsibilities Work with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans based on future manloading. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Work with all Temporary labor providers and coordinate use of their services across all operating departments. Conduct regular follow‑up with Director of Recruiting to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Use social media and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates. Coordinate and implement college and high school recruiting initiatives. Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition. Work with field management to project future manpower trends and needs for all levels and skills across the company. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conduct necessary phone screens before sending the hiring managers. Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the Human Resources Information System. Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters. Perform other special projects as assigned.
