Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches that cater to diverse needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on client progress and feedback.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused techniques, to assist clients in reaching their personal and relational goals.

• Document all client interactions and progress updates promptly and accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including participating in monthly team meetings and case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Through empathetic listening and tailored interventions, you will help clients find resolution and achieve their personal growth objectives.

Qualifications\n

• M.A. or Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting your experience and contributions to the organization.
