Litigation Associate PositionSeeking a Litigation Associate for our Greenville, SC office to handle medical malpractice, commercial, and general litigation. Strong communication skills and solid academic performance required.We are seeking two Litigation Associates to join a growing litigation practice in Greenville, South Carolina. The attorneys will handle a diverse range of matters, including medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and general litigation. We are considering candidates at both the 0-2 year and 2-6 year experience levels.ResponsibilitiesHandle medical malpractice, commercial, and general litigation matters.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.Assist with case strategy and litigation preparation.Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as experience allows.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.Analyze complex legal issues and develop practical litigation strategies.Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product.Position 1: Junior Litigation Associate0-2 years of legal experience. Graduation from an accredited law school. Strong legal research and writing skills. Moot Court, Law Journal, or similar law school experience preferred. Strong interest in litigation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Team-oriented mindset. Strong intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking abilities.Position 2: Litigation Associate2-6 years of litigation experience. Experience with medical malpractice, commercial litigation, or general litigation preferred. Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage litigation responsibilities appropriate to experience level. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
