Position Summary The Litigation Attorney will primarily focus on medical malpractice defense matters while also gaining exposure to professional liability, employment, and commercial litigation. This position offers increasing responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to independently manage depositions, court appearances, client relationships, and case strategy as your experience grows. The ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, intellectually curious, and eager to learn from seasoned litigators who are invested in developing the next generation of trial attorneys.
