Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, empowering you to engage with students effectively through virtual platforms while also experiencing the dynamic setting of a school environment. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other mental health professionals to establish a holistic support system for the diverse student population attend our school. The work schedule typically aligns with school hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends for comprehensive mental health coverage.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments for students, taking into account their personal history, current challenges, and any risk factors that may impede their educational experience.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students, focusing on effective strategies to address behavioral and emotional challenges while promoting personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health concerns and facilitate emotional regulation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
