Join Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville and provide one-on-one care in a client's home. We match caregivers with clients close to home whenever possible and work hard to build schedules that fit your availability.

We're currently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers throughout Clay County, including Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Middleburg, Lake Asbury, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Prepare meals and encourage hydration
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Document care through our caregiver app
Communicate with clients, families, and office staff

Qualifications
Active Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
Current CPR certification
Required Florida caregiver training completed
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for scheduling and documentation
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
