Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and formulate targeted treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ evolving goals and challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to promote client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide a holistic and integrated treatment approach, ensuring continuity of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and recovery strategies, promoting informed participation in the treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse clientele, including women navigating the complexities of addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in a substance abuse or detox environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and colleagues.
